First question: When I'm fishing a senko (usually wacky) every time I catch a fishing it shakes the worm off the hook. What can I do to help keep it from flying off every single time?
Second: I'm really struggling with line, I like heavy line because the weeds grow thick and I like throwing deep in the cover, the problem with the line that I keep putting on my pole is it spirals up and makes it harder to tell what's going on under water. So what is a good type of line (mono) that is strong and doesn't coil up permanently, without spending a crap load of money?
As far as rigging a wacky worm - wrap a piece of clear tape around the worm where you are going to put the hook. Push the hook through the tape and worm.
I suspect you are not putting your line on your real correctly. Lay the spool on the ground with an open-faced reel ( the twist should come off of the spool in the same direction as it goes on the reel ) all others you should have a helper hold the spool with a pencil when you put it on.
