I wish it gave more details. It doesn't say what lb test the line is, it doesn't tell you what it's line capacity is, it doesn't tell you what it's gear ratio is. They also have the info on the reel facing the other direction so when you zoom in, you can't see it that way either. And it only has one ball bearing? I just don't know.
It looks okay from the picture, it comes with an extra spool of line, which is nice, and it says it is intended for carp, so it might be okay. If I were you I would look around a little more though and try to find some place that gave you a little more information.

I absolutely love Abu Garcia reels, and one in the C301 model would suit your needs perfectly. So look at those specs and try to see if you can find a place over there that offers a reel similar to that. (Oh, and btw, that price converted into pounds would be 21.74. That would give you a basic idea of how expensive a reel like that might be over there.)
I am sure that reel you are looking at would suit your needs in the beginning, but without knowing the specs on it, I can't tell you for sure if it would be the best for catching the fish you are targeting or not.
Also, those floats look like slip bobbers. Do they have a hole going all the way through? You would need some bobber stops to place on your line at the depth you would want you line to go down and then slide your line through the middle of the bobber. That way the bobber can slide up and down your line and you can get your line deeper than you can with the traditional still bobber. I like those a lot more, especially when fishing over a sloping shoreline because then the line doesn't get hung on the retrieve as easily as with the still bobber. They are the best type to use for the fish you are targeting when you actually need a bobber.
