im stuck at the elite four, i cant beat them. here is my team

Its not a very good team, but i only need mewtwo to transfer. So please i need help with team and myabe someone to replace raichu. And does anyone know a good training spot, so i can get my guys to 60's? thanks for the help
Replace Raichu with Haunter, Blastoise, Charizard, Venusaur or Gengar. You can train at the Trii islands (If you refuse Bill's offer on Cinnabar Island, go back to him and go to the port on Vermillion Island) by training unto the grass Pokemon there or you can use your VS seeker (Found and given by the girl with blue hair in front of the counter at the Pokemon Center in Vermillion City, in case you don't have one, it lets you battle trainers again that you haven't battle when you use it and advice is, select the VS Seeker on your bag and select Register so when your on the field just press Select and it automatically works) on the Trainers there.
BEWARE! The Trainers in the Three island have Pokemon that are above Level 50, so train with the Trainers at the right of Fuschia city and the trainers below Fuschia City, on the ocean swimming (this will be perfect for your Zapdos!), first~!
The Elite Four would be more easy when you're at Level 70. Here's the recommended moves:
Kadabra
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball (learn as a TM)
- Recover
-Attract or Psybeam or Future Sight
Zapdos
-Thunder (TM bought at the Department Store in Celadon City)
-Drill Peck
-Fly
-Thunderbolt
Hitmonlee
-Earthquake
-High Jump Kick
-Mega Kick ( Can be taught by the Karate guy on the left of Cerulean City, after you finish Mt. Moon.)
-Reversal
Articuno
-Blizzard
-Sheer Cold (one-hit K.O., Articuno will learn this when reaching a higher level.)
-Fly
-Ice Beam
Haunter or Gengar
-Shadow Ball
-Hypnosis
-Dream Eater
-Giga Drain (learned as a TM.)
Note: You can learn old moves at the Move tutor at the Second Island by giving Mushrooms which you can get by catching wild Paras at Mt. Moon. Don't Give Up~!
