oh-- I have to bridles down because I'm hopefully looking at one to show with and one for regular use-- most people at my barn show with a different bridle than they usually use
You will want extra straps for your halter, because if he breaks the breakaway part, you will want to be ready.

You didn't mention leathers and irons. If you buy a saddle, they are not always included.
You also forgot to mention a Helmet, but maybe you already have that. A good helmet can run over $100, but the head is pretty important so it is worth the cost.
