6 rosy red minnows (can't upgrade, what should i do with them?)

Can i add some of the minnows to this tank? How many?
Thanks I would like to add some "middle tank swimmers" to the 29, suggestions?
The 29 gallon tank sounds ok. For middle tank swimmers, I would recommend black skirt tetras.
The 10 gallon is overstocked with those rosy reds. They can get up to 10" long. I would recommend finding a fish store that will take them, or even find someone with a good sized pond that already has a few fish in it. Do not put them in your perfectly stocked 5 gallon tank.
