How is shakespears customer service>?
went fishing last nnight and when i cast about 2 inches of my rod handle snapped cleanly off. usually ugly stiks are bomb proof but this one wasnt and the cork was drilled pretty deep but the rod blank wasnt inserted all the way. i emailed them and told them that i think the blank and handle werent put together right so wee will see.
but how has your experience been with the company?
well this rod has never been abused and it was 4 days away from being 1 year old and the end snapped off of the handle so i hope they at least replace the bottom half of the pole
Good brand with a 5 year warrenty, I would call them and tell them what happened and how mad you were.
