Anyone Know the Consumer Report Rating on GE Front Load Washer?
I am strongly considering the GE 3.8 King Size front load washer (model #: WCVH6600HWW), partially because of the overall look, price, and I think the sales guy sold me on it.
I've tried looking online for reviews, but I'm not having much luck. Seems like a lot of people went with the LGs or Whirpool Duet, which cost a lot more.
I need to decide on what to do. Any out there purchased a GE Front Load washer? What are the Pros and Cons? What about other brands?
I'm not really concerned with bells and whistles of a really expensive machine. I'm willing to take an entry model to save on cost. I just need the machine to reliable and durable.
I have a front loading GE - basic model , no bells and whistles - and I am very happy with it. It is almost 2 years old, and I have had no problems. I love it because it is so quiet - we had to install it very close to the living room and we don't hear it. Here are a couple of links that may be of some help.
