As an in-game team, it's perfect. Nothing more needs to be done.
If you're thinking of taking this team online via wifi connection, the rating is 1/10.
With surf on Empoleon, Hydro Pump is not needed. It's just a less accurate more powerful version of surf. The general rule of thumb is to never use more than one attacking move of a type on any one pokemon, though there are exceptions. This rule also applies to flamethrower and fire blast on Infernape. Also Infernape needs to be specialized. Having both physical and special moves on a pokemon needs to be avoided.
Gallade is a physical attacker, so psychic and shadow ball are wasted on it. Get psycho cut and night slash for it.
Staraptor is fine, except fly really isn't a good move to use in a wifi battle. If you're using it to get around, I understand.
Garchomp shouldn't really have dragon meteor, since it's a special move. dragon claw on a garchomp would do more damage than a draco meteor would. Replace it with another physical attack, or something else to help it.
Luxray has the same flaws, thunder, discharge, and thunderbolt are wasted. The best electric move for Luxray would be spark, since it's a physical attack.
So overall, your team is not that great, but it's decent for a first try. One last thing, your hold items should not be used. Items that power up specific type attacks should generally be avoided, due to the fact that enemies would use pokemon that counters your pokemon's type, making your same type attacks useless. Better hold items are leftovers, life orbs, choice items, etc...
Remember, this only applies if your team would be used to online play. For in-game, it's perfectly fine, and you can stick with it.
