Lure Bait Shad

How do you get your bait and what is it?
I know that so many people go out and buy it, but for those that catch their bait on their own, I want to know how you do it.
Me personally, I use a couple of methods to get bait. I use a cast net if I'm going to use shad out by the river dam. I do something that I don't see many other people doing back home called fiddling for my worms. Fiddle worms are HUGE, and make night crawlers look like meal worms. Once in a while I just crank the lawn mower up and let it sit there. I pick catawba worms off the trees when they are there. Sometimes I will rake leaves that are wet underneath, and sometimes I will just dig. I have a minnow basket to catch minnows, normally, I just use bread to lure them in. I often just catch bream to go jugging. So, what are your tricks to getting some bait for fishing?
Aditya, what are you some kind of habitual spammer? Very poor answer.
me and my two boys we have a river scene that we use to catch minnows, crawdads, and helgermites,we use a pole with a very small hook to catch bluegills and other small fish.made a livewell out of an old cooler to help keep it all alive.
