It's not bad, but where are you planning on getting lost in (or camping; not sure what you mean by survival here).
If you're going somewhere that has potentially dangerous animals (bears, mountain lions, etc.), a sidearm is good. That knife might be able to make a bear bleed to death, but more likely than not you'd be dead long before that (one swipe of the paw can kill). If you are going to be somewhere with wildlife that may attack people, I suggest you carry an appropriate sidearm (for bears, a .44 Magnum works pretty well).
I noticed you have a can-opener in that pocket knife - perhaps you should bring some canned food?
And definitely bring a map. That compass isn't worth anything if you don't have a map to help guide you.
Flashlights with extra batteries are always useful (or the ones you can shake up to charge).
I also noticed your pen.....Do you have paper for that? Perhaps you should get a journal.
A fishing pole might go well with that fishing gear; making one out of a piece of wood you find isn't as easy if you don't have experience in that. Just get a fishing pole you can take apart.
Other than that, it looks all right.
