going further with the categories.?
What would you say if yahoo went further on the categories, Like breaking fishing down into specific groups. Bass, Catfish, crappie, pike, walleye, muskie, or freshwater, saltwater? I would like that. All though I like all fishing, my favorite is Bass.
This has been asked before, and I still feel the same way:
breaking categories down further will partition people off into their areas of expertise... I've never fished for freshwater trout, or walleye, or salmon, I'd be hermited away in my saltwater/brackish water section and not learn anything new... the way it is now, a question might catch my eye that has nothing to do with any fish that live within 1000 miles of where I'm at, but I'll read it anyway and learn something for when I DO get to go fishing for walleye or pike or sturgeon, or what have you.
Nope... fishing should stay just how it is.
