Dunno if i want to spend the last 5 bucks of my allowance to get a Rat l Trap. but i wanted to know if it works or not.
I agree with everyone else. Rattle-Trap type lures are great for Bass/Pike.
A. Use it as a "scouting/search" lure. MOVE along a weedline, shoreline, Etc. and use it to locate fish. Once you locate a productive area, SLOW down and use a jig or some type of Soft Plastic lures.
B. "Yo-Yo" it on slow tapering offshore point's and deeper water structure.
Rattle Traps are one of a handful of lures you can quickly use to locate all the "active" Bass in an area.
