tragus piercing, something has gone wrong?
i got my tragus pierced on the 22nd of november. a day after my birthday. it was fine for that week, i washed it and everything. i went to school and people kept ripping on it so it has gone down to the bottom of my ear but not completely out yet. then there has gotten a big lump on each side of my ear where the hole has been.
i dont know whats wrong with it.
and i would like to know how to get the little ball out of the ring. i have tried pliers but it just slips and hurts.

You've developed keliods, or scar tissue. It's very unlikely you'll see them go away, so get used to it :[. I have two on my orbital conch piercing actually, and they are very uncomfortable right now. :[ If the piercing itself has moved down, it could be trying to reject it .. so go see your piercer (And if you do, don't worry about reading the rest b/c he/she could just get the ball out for you!)
As for getting it out, the ball had two little indents from where the ring sits in .. you just need to pull it apart, obviously .. don't use a pliers. If you are having trouble yourself, see if you could get your mom/sister/friend to help you out. I know for the longest time I couldn't get my cartilage hoop out, until one day at the mall i was messing with it and out popped the ball .. finally.
