Is it possible to get my skull encased in stainless steel in the inside?
I want to know if it's possible to get my skull encased in steel or any type of metal for that matter.
Through surgical means. In the inside! Not the outside.
If not, can I get my hands or feet encased in metal? How much would it cost?

No, it's not possible. First of all, you'd have to take a lot of pain. First to crack open your skull, then pour heated metal inside. You're brain's gonna get fried.
Even for your hands and feet. It'll be excruciatingly painful. And there's another reason.
Even if you do survive the procedure, the bones have pores in them. The blood cells originate from the marrow inside the bones, and they pass through those pores to reach the blood stream. If you manage to coat your bones with steel, you'll block of all this blood exchange. It's a long painful death. While your bones will starve from lack of blood, the rest of your body will wither and die from lack of oxygen. Not a pleasant way to die.
