Trolling Freshwater Fishing

I am looking at buying a baitcast reel for pretty much any type of fish. I will be fishing mostly freshwater but the occasional saltwater. I need a reel that is under 150$ and it must be durable. I will mostly be casting and trolling but also some still/bottom fishing. What is the best overall baitcast for pretty much under 150$? And also what is the cheapest rod to go with it. I need a rod that will cast good and also have lots of sensitivity. Also what level of action will I need for the most sensitivity but that will handle huge northern pikes and massive bass, walleye, and salmon. What line would be the best for that reel for under 30$?
